Our services are tailored to meet your specific requirements.
As a guideline our bookkeeping rates start at $70 p/hr although if you tell us your monthly budget we can also put together a fixed fee package for you to suit that budget so that you know what your costs will be each and every month - please contact us for more information.
We do also have weekly, monthly and quarterly packages which might suit your needs better and will allow you to budget your bookkeeping needs.
One on One business consultations are $120 p/hr with discounts available if you book several sessions in advance.

A minimum charge of two hours applies to all onsite clients.
Travel time will be charged in excess of 20km from Mona Vale at the rate of $70 p/hr.
All prices are GST exclusive. Fees in excess of first hour are charged in 15 minute increments

What types of payment do we accept?
Our clients have the choice of paying for their projects on receipt of their invoices by either:

Electronic bank transfer

Credit card payment (visa / mastercard)

Business or personal cheque
Our bank details will be sent to you when we submit an invoice. Cheques will only be accepted from established clients.
