Do You Send A Newsletter To Your Restaurant Customers?
by Accounts StudioMay 24, 2013
How do you stay in touch with your customers once they have left your restaurant? Do you send a newsletter? If you just sit and wait for them to come back you could be losing thousands of dollars each week.
Wouldn’t you like to fill up those empty tables you have at the start of the week? What about booking out your special events?
That won’t happen unless you tell people about them and perhaps make your current customers a great offer.
Remember that it’s much more cost effective to market to your current customers than to find new ones so if you are not building your database you should be!
Here is a very good example of why it’s important to stay in touch with your customers and how to make it work for you.
